Adairville School Mission Statement:
"Adairville School exist for the purpose of preparing children to enter society with the skills necessary to reach their fullest potential, providing the highest level of involvement from students, staff, administrators, parents and the community"

Paul Sansom

Hi. I'm Paul Sansom, Principal at Adairville School. I remain dedicated about student achievement and about learning and teaching.  My mission at Adairville is to continue to develop and maintain an  environment where every student feels recognized and safe, and understands that they are active participants in their own education and learning.

Every parent wants their student to succeed, and helping students succeed is a combined effort. I know that parental support and involvement are crucial elements in your student's success, and encourage you to volunteer to spend time at our school working side by side with the staff at Adairville to provide the most optimal learning environment possible. It is evident that students are most successful when all three members of the team are working together with a shared vision-the student, the family and the school.

I look forward to the challenges, joys, trials and triumphs that lie ahead for students, staff, parents and community members, as we endeavor to work together to provide opportunities for our most precious gifts.. .our children. As Franklin Roosevelt said; "We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future."

Please feel free to email or call me with any comments, questions or concerns; I look forward to hearing from you!
